Delivery Time

We currently ship orders across Pakistan.

• Major cities: 2–4 business days
• Other areas: 3–7 business days
• Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or free delivery above a certain order value.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in eligible areas across Pakistan. For COD orders, payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery.

We may contact you by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, where applicable.

You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment with the courier company.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your name, phone number, city, and delivery address are correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Failed or Refused Delivery

If an order is returned because the customer refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, or is unavailable to receive the package, additional delivery charges may apply if the order is shipped again.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend taking photos or recording an unboxing video before opening the package, as this may be required to process a damage claim.
